VirtuBots - Advertise

We are very pleased that you are interested in advertising your website on VirtuBots. As an advertiser, you will be very pleased with the deals that we have to offer.

Now then, we're going to list a few of the basic things that you should know about advertising on VirtuBots.

Your advertisement must be one of any of the following file formats : GIF files (.gif), JPG files (.jpg), PNG files (.png) or SWF files (.swf). We will personally check to see if your advertisement banner is in one of these formats. If it is not in one of those formats already, we will look into having it converted to the proper format.
Your advertisement absolutely cannot discriminate anybody, any religion, or any ethnic group. We will personally check to see that it does not violate these conditions.
The website that your advertisement is for should not contain bad content, such as material inappropriate for children, the ability to download or distribute spyware or viruses onto computers, or other such nature. We will personally review the website to see that it does not violate any of these conditions.
Your advertisement will expire after so many days, so many views, or so many clicks that you have selected when purchasing your advertising.
Your advertisement must be at 468 x 60 pixels. Size of the advertisement is non-negotiable, as we are only offering the placement of advertisements in one place only, which is on the footer of each VirtuBots web page.
Your advertisement will be shown in order along with other advertisements on VirtuBots's website footer on every page on Free Accounts only. It will not be shown on Advanced Accounts (accounts that have been paid a one-time fee not to have advertisements), or on any of VirtuBots's staff member's accounts.

Before we list the ways you can pay, we would like to show you the options you have in your Advertisement Control Panel. You will be able to view your advertisment's :

Total click statistics.
Total view statistics.
Total views when your advertisements are going to expire.
Total clicks when your advertisements are going to expire.
Date when your advertisement is going to expire.
Pages your advertisements link to.
Names of your advertisements.
Your expired advertisements.

Now that we have that covered, let's get down to the Website DemoGraphics, and payments.

Our advertising system is charged on a prepaid basis. Currently, there is only one advertising option - banner advertisements.

Banner Advertising

We are charging on a case-by-case basis for banner advertising on VirtuBots. The reason is because each advertising campaign is different. It is up to you on how long you want to run your advertisement for and depending on how many clicks or views you would like to order. We will try to be as reasonable as possible with you.

Ordering

Once you made your final decision on if you would like to advertise with us, please send us an eMail to contact@virtubots.com with the following information :

A link or an attachment of the 460 x 68 banner advertisement that is going to be placed on the VirtuBots website.
The name of your advertising campaign.
The web address you would want your advertisement to link to once it is clicked on.
When and how you want your advertisement to expire. (How many clicks, or views, or the date on when you want your advertising campaign to expire).
Your name, your eMail address, and your account username on VirtuBots. (We will not accept you if you do not have an account with us, as you will not get into our advertising control panel to view your advertisement statistics).

We will respond to your eMail as soon as possible with details on your advertising agreement with us (for confirmation). We will respond if it is a fair deal, or if it is not. We will also eMail you our PayPal address for you to pay for your advertisement. Once we receive the payment, we will activate your advertisement campaign and it will begin.

Please take note that we only accept PayPal as an advertising payment. We do not accept any other payment method. We may in the future, but for now, this is all that we take.
